A&O Shearman offers a training contract with four six-month seats across our practice areas. You will sit with a partner or associate who will guide your development and give you real responsibility from early on.

You will have mentors, ongoing departmental training, and opportunities for international or client secondment as you progress toward qualification. Training also includes a litigation course and pro bono experience to build practical skills.
