London Facilities Manager - Lead Projects & Team

Howden is seeking a Facilities Manager to cover maternity leave and oversee the management of operations, projects and PPM compliance across London Campus sites. This full-time role is based at the flagship office, One Creechurch Place.

Role requires 6+ years in corporate real estate services, strong FM experience with major projects and contract management, and ability to lead teams. NEBOSH/IOSH and are desirable.
