Salary: £32,000 basic + Uncapped commission. OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 in Year 1.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role

During your first year, you will:

• Source and interview candidates for education vacancies
• Write professional candidate profiles and market them to schools
• Work closely with experienced consultants to maximise placements
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Work towards achievable KPIs with full management support
• Earn uncapped commission from the start

This role is ideal for graduates who thrive in sales focused environments and are motivated by progression and financial success.

Salary, Commission & Benefits

• £32,000 basic salary
• OTE £35,000 - £40,000 in Year 1
• Uncapped commission from day one

Career Progression

Successful graduates can quickly progress into Senior Consultant, Team Leader, and Management positions.
