Logistics Shift Supervisor: Fast-Paced Depot

DPD Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to support depot operations at the Bicester site. You will plan staffing for self-employed owner drivers, warehouse operatives and back-office functions, especially for peak trading times and summer holidays.

You will liaise with Depot Management and multiple business areas to maintain service excellence while meeting KPIs for resource, productivity, transport and health and safety.
