This logistics specialist is responsible for overseeing the ASUS EU D2C & e-Commerce hub and managing the quality of last-mile delivery services. She/he must maintain close communication and cooperation with the ASUS EU Sales team, the HQ logistics team in Taiwan, and EU logistics service providers to ensure a satisfying logistics experience for end customers.
A strong start-up mindset is crucial to the success.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage ASUS D2C orders to ensure a satisfying logistics experience for end customers, including on-time delivery in good condition with real-time trackable shipment status
- Analyze and resolve any D2C logistics issues to enhance customer satisfaction with the logistics experience
- Optimize the D2C logistics model and processes through close communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external business partners
- Review logistics partners' KPIs and manage their operations to meet ASUS requirements
- Monitor trends and developments in the D2C logistics market
Qualifications and background
- 3+ years of B2C logistics experience
- Detailed oriented and a Team player
- Good in communication skills and proficiency in both English and Mandarin
