Role: Logistics Coordinator

Location: North Dublin (Beside Dublin Airport)

Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 per annum (DOE)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Be Doing

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end movement of goods, ensuring maximum value and minimal cost. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Execution: Planning and organizing stock management, order processing, and fulfillment.

  • Freight Management: Scheduling shipments and expediting freight consignments to ensure timely delivery.

  • System Management: Updating transactions on the WMS, accruing costs, and pricing jobs accurately.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with internal departments and subcontractors to resolve shortages and optimize sales opportunities.

  • Relationship Building: Maintaining strong business relationships with key customer personnel and service providers.

  • Compliance & Quality: Ensuring all activities comply with ISO requirements, Health & Safety policies, and quality standards.
