Job Description

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and customer-focused individual to p rovide logistics, facilities, and operational support across Libraries and Museums sites, including the movement of collections, mail and supplies, room and event setup, facilities monitoring, health and safety checks, and support for building users.

You will assist with day-to-day building operations, coordinate with Estates and contractors, contribute to emergency response procedures, and provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 36.25 hours per week.
