Develops and coaches team members on appropriate policies, procedures, and control processes to meet work requirements and business objectives. Accurately forecasts project revenues and re-estimates project costs on a monthly basis. Alerts and assists management team in addressing issues during the project execution period. Communicates professionally and effectively demonstrates continuous improvement including management and execution improvement.
