Location: Slough (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £35,000
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30
We are representing a premium aesthetic technology equipment distributor based in Slough. They supply high-end, cutting-edge devices to clinics and businesses across the UK. We are looking for a highly organised, hands on Service/Logistics Coordinator to join the team.

What you'll be doing:- Engineer Scheduling: Coordinating and booking site visits for a team of 3 specialist engineers, managing diaries, and ensuring efficient route planning.
- Logistics Coordination: Managing the movement, delivery, and tracking of high value equipment and demonstration units for the sales team.
- Customer Support: Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, updating them on engineer ETAs, and resolving service related issues.
- Problem Solving: Reacting quickly when plans change.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the internal sales and operational teams to keep the day to day business running like clockwork.
- Proven Experience: A solid background in service coordination, dispatch, hire desk control, or transport logistics. Experience dealing with field based engineers, technicians, or drivers would be highly desirable.

- Tech Savvy: Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal scheduling/operational software.
