Nottingham (Hybrid / Remote)

£27,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata Immediate Start Extension Highly Likely
Immediate requirement for a proactive Logistics Administrator to support end-to-end shipping and warehouse coordination for a busy operation based in Nottingham.
This is a fast paced, communication heavy role working closely with 3PL providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure goods are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
The Role- Coordinate goods collection, outbound shipping & cross docking
- Liaise with 3PL partners for pickups, ETAs, and delivery updates
- Maintain shipping logs, proof of delivery (POD), and tracking records
- Monitor inbound/outbound POs and project stock levels
- Maintain accurate warehouse and logistics documentation
- Proactively escalates delays or shipment issues
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain admin
- Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills
- Confident communicator across multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure
- Team player
- Proactive and solutions focused
