As an Administrative Employee, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of logistics and administrative processes within a modern warehouse operation. You will work with ERP systems on a daily basis and communicate with colleagues, carriers, and stakeholders in an international environment.

With your eye for detail and structured way of working, you ensure accurate administration, support operational processes, and contribute to continuous improvements across the department.

Your Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and process transportation cost invoices;

Accurately enter and maintain data in ERP systems and internal databases;

Prepare reports and management information;

Analyze and monitor transportation costs;

Act as the primary point of contact between carriers and the Planning department;

Support day-to-day transportation and logistics operations;

Identify process bottlenecks and contribute ideas for improvements and optimization;

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative files.

You are an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can easily adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

Minimum VMBO-level working and thinking ability;

Experience in administrative roles, preferably within logistics or transportation;

Experience processing invoices and administrative documentation;

Familiarity with ERP systems and digital administrative processes;

Good command of the English language; Dutch is considered a plus;

Strong organizational and administrative skills;

A proactive mindset and positive attitude.
