Logistics Admin & Customer Service Specialist

DSV is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide a customer-focused administration service on selected accounts. You will work directly with the client's customer service team to achieve delivery targets and support colleagues across departments while upholding DSV best practices.

Ideal candidates will have prior customer service experience within warehousing/logistics, strong IT skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Training on CargoWrite may be provided.
