Dream Medical is a primary care specialist company focusing on finding lucrative locum and permanent opportunities for qualified nurses, AHPs, HCAs and GPS. We provide nursing cover in the Canterbury area to large organisations, such as law firms and factories, to administer flu vaccinations during the latter part of the year.
This is a flexible locum opportunity that can fit around your existing schedule. At present, we vaccinate nationwide in all parts of the UK from the end of September to around mid December. We stock approximately 25,000 vaccines and have around 400 different clients nationwide.
Vaccinations are administered at a pace of 16 flu vaccines per hour. Clinics are a minimum of 3 hours and travel between sites is reimbursed at 25p per mile. This locum role promises a lucrative rate of pay as well as one to one consultancy. All equipment, vaccines, sharps bins and documents are provided on site in a temperature regulated box for the nurse upon arrival.
Requirements- NMC registration and PIN
- Occupational health or practice nursing experience
- Immunisations clinical update
- Enhanced DBS issued within the last year
