Job Description

Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Locum Consultant in Geriatrics to join the Frailty team for a fixed period of 6 months (until April 2027). The post supports an excellent acute frailty service and a dynamic team delivering the Frailty Strategy across Guildford and Waverley.

The role provides expertise in CGA and alternatives to admission for frailty crises, within a collaborative Trust spanning Guildford and community sites.
