Locum Consultant Interventional Radiologist 3 Months

National Locums are working on behalf on of an NHS trust based in Northern Ireland looking for a locum Consultant in Interventional Radiology.

The Radiology department based in an NHS trust in Northern Ireland are looking for a locum Consultant in Interventional Radiology to cover a gap in service. This is to start as soon as possible for an initial 3 months in the first instance.

This is a full-time position. Core working hours will be Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:00 with on-calls. The proposed job plan will involve biopsies and drains including:

• US/CT guided abdominal abscess drainage
• Hepatic abscess drain
• Lung, liver and neck biopsies

there will also be general reporting including CT, MRI, Ultrasound and Plain Film.

You must hold full the following in order to be considered:

• GMC license to practise.
• Full right to work.
• Minimum 12 months NHS experience in Interventional Radiology.
