Job Description
Overview

National Locums are working on behalf of an NHS trust based in the West Midlands looking for a locum Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology. The Diabetes department based in an NHS trust in the West Midlands are looking for a locum Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology to start in March for 12 months in the first instance. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities
  • Core working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00 with on-calls.
  • Carry out clinics and ward cover with possible weekends.
  • There will also be an element of GIM on-call cover.
Additional Information
  • An interest in Weight Management would be beneficial.
Requirements
  • GMC license to practise.
  • Full right to work.
  • Relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 12 months NHS experience in Diabetes and Endocrinology.
  • Experience in Weight Management beneficial.
