AXA Partners is seeking a passionate and driven Local Product Owner to join our Network team in Redhill. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development, management, and optimisation of key systems that enhance our service delivery in the Motor Recovery and Home Emergency sector.

What you'll be doing:

As the Local Product Owner, you will oversee relationships with external system providers like Joblogic and Apex. You'll play a crucial role in negotiating contractual agreements and optimising internal systems such as Core Provider Operations (CPO), ePro, Easyterritory, and Provider Invoice Management System (PIMS). Collaboration is key, as you will work with various teams across the UK and globally to enhance system performance, drive operational efficiencies, and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Lead the development and management of external system partnerships.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for critical internal systems.
  • Collaborate with network management to optimise provider usage and deliver seamless customer journeys.
  • Manage budgets to ensure spending aligns with business objectives.
  • Represent UK interests in planning and executing system enhancements and change requests.

You are a strategic thinker with a background in system management and a passion for driving innovation. Your strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities will enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while delivering results.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Contact Centre, Case Management, or the Insurance sector is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with business requirements specification and testing design.
  • A background in digital transformation, software development, and agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
