About The Role

North Norfolk District Council has its own in house legal team and provides legal services to local authorities, charities, housing associations and other not for profit organisations. The team covers a wide range of interesting work, offering opportunities for development within a supportive, considerate and highly regarded group.

There are two levels for this career graded role:

• Level 1 (Grade 7): £39,862 to £44,075
• Level 2 (Grade 6): £45,091 to £49,282

About You

We seek a permanent property lawyer (solicitor, barrister or Fellow of the Charter Institute of Legal Executives). The ideal candidate will have experience managing a varied caseload of property matters from instruction through to completion, supporting the property services team with relevant matters, and providing excellent client service.
