North Norfolk District Council has its own in house legal team and provides legal services to local authorities, charities, housing associations and other not for profit organisations. The team covers a wide range of interesting work, offering opportunities for development within a supportive, considerate and highly regarded group.
There are two levels for this career graded role:
- Level 1 (Grade 7): £39,862 to £44,075
- Level 2 (Grade 6): £45,091 to £49,282

About YouWe seek a permanent property lawyer (solicitor, barrister or Fellow of the Charter Institute of Legal Executives). The ideal candidate will have experience managing a varied caseload of property matters from instruction through to completion, supporting the property services team with relevant matters, and providing excellent client service.
