Customer Support
LocationBarrow in Furness; working across Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.
Working PatternPart time, 17.5 hours per week, including Saturdays.
Salary£13,100 per annum, increasing to £13,475 after six months.
SummaryA part time, branch based customer support role delivering face to face support while building a foundation for future remote or specialist roles.
Responsibilities- Provide face to face support to customers at the branch.
- Handle customer enquiries with empathy, integrity and a focus on giving confidence in the service.
- Build relationships quickly to deliver a fantastic customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met.
- Participate in our skill progression framework, gaining new skills, accreditations and pay increases.
- Transition into remote support roles (phone, web chat, video calls) when opportunities arise.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- A people person who is honest, genuine and cares about helping people with their finances.
- Ability to quickly build relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Empathy, integrity and commitment to going above and beyond for customers.
- Team working skills, collaborating closely with colleagues.
- If working from a hybrid location, compliance with home working criteria (quiet, private space, stable internet).
