Location

Stroud. Working occasionally across our other Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance such as Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester.

Hours

21 hours a week, including Saturdays

Salary

£15,720 increasing to £16,170 after 6 months

Summary

You'll begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face to face support to our customers. You'll learn, grow and develop within an inclusive organisation with genuine values focused on putting people first, making a difference to customers, businesses and communities.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide face to face support to customers.
  • Answer queries and resolve issues to deliver outstanding service.
  • Engage customers across channels such as phone, social media, web chat and remote advice video calls when transitioning into remote roles.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met.
  • Maintain customer confidence by acting with care, integrity and empathy.
Qualifications and experience
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Passion for customer care, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
