Job Description
Administrative Assistant - Liverpool (6-month contract) 
Britbet is a partnership of 58 racecourses across the UK, delivering betting services to racegoers under the Britbet and Tote brands. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our Head Office team in Liverpool, supporting our Operations, Recruitment and Finance functions.
What you'll doOffice Admin:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, post and day-to-day enquiries
- Investigate and track lost or late customer ticket payments
- Arrange collection and delivery of cash floats to racecourses
- Support Operations at race meetings nationwide (staff passes, uniforms, accommodation)
- Maintain strong relationships with On-course workforce and internal departments
Recruitment Admin Support:
- Track candidate progress for racecourse roles
- Support onboarding process (right-to-work checks and documentation)
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
