Live-In Support Worker: 2 Weeks On/Off, One-to-One Home Care

Active Care Group Wales is hiring a Live-In Support Worker to provide dedicated, one-to-one care in a client's home. You will help build independence and confidence while delivering compassionate support and ensuring continuity of care.

The role follows a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off pattern, with regular weekly shifts and a zero-hours contract reflecting changing care needs. DBS checks and a driving licence are valued assets.
