Live-In Support Worker: 2 Weeks On/Off, One-to-One Care

Active Care Group is seeking a Live-in Support Worker in Aberystwyth, Wales. You will live with and support one individual in their home, providing personalised care and enabling independence. The role offers a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off pattern and a zero-hours contract with stable hours in practice.

You will perform personal care, help with daily tasks, and encourage community involvement, while developing trusting relationships with the client and the care team.
