Live-in Care Assistant

Location: Sussex Weald.

Weekly rate £789.60-£944.65. Up to £50 contribution travel expenses. £40 weekly food allowance. Expert training provided. Live in role with paid breaks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care that's tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
• Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
• Manage their medication and prep their meals
• Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end of life care
• Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance

• Ongoing supervision and support from our dedicated team

Requirements

• Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts
• Follow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies
• Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality
• Have a Right to Work in the UK
• Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary
