Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ-5+ PQE)

We are seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing dispute resolution team handling a varied litigation caseload, with a focus on property litigation and professional negligence.

• Manage litigation matters from start to finish
• Advise clients and take instructions
• Handle a mixed caseload including property litigation and professional negligence
• Maintain accurate time recording and billing
• Ensure compliance with professional standards
• Support senior team members as required

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience in litigation (property litigation, professional negligence or contentious probate desirable)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to manage a busy caseload independently
• Detail-oriented with a client-focused approach

• £35,000+ DOE + bonus
