Litigation Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive
3+ PQE West Dorset Full-Time or Part-Time Hybrid Working
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in West Dorset.
The role offers the opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team with a strong reputation in contentious probate and property litigation, while handling a varied and interesting caseload.
The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on:
- Contentious probate
- Property litigation
- Civil disputes
- Advising and representing clients throughout the litigation process
- Developing effective strategies through litigation, mediation and negotiation
- Keeping up to date with developments in civil litigation and case law
You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing clear and practical advice while contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with 3+ PQE
- Solid experience in civil litigation
- Experience handling contentious probate and property litigation matters
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Strong drafting, advocacy and analytical skills
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Practical and commercially minded approach
- Collaborative and proactive team player
