The Role

You will manage and develop your own caseload (weighted to your PQE) including:

• Commercial / contract disputes (supply, services, shareholder/partnership)
• Property litigation (landlord & tenant, boundary/easements)
• Contentious probate and trust disputes
• Debt recovery & enforcement strategies
• Professional negligence
• Drafting pleadings and statements; CPR-compliant case management; disclosure
• Running ADR/mediation, settlement negotiations, and advocacy where appropriate

About You

• 1+ year PQE (all levels considered; work will be tailored to your experience)
• Solid knowledge of civil procedure and litigation strategy
• Clear communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues
• Organised, commercially aware, and solution-focused
• Comfortable taking ownership of files, yet collaborative within a close-knit team
