Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Lawyer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, property litigation, professional negligence, and debt recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in court and at mediation or arbitration
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
