Litigation & Legal Manager

We are a Real Estate Group managing Litigation & Legal Affairs. We are a real estate group established in French-speaking Switzerland with agencies in Geneva, Coppet, Nyon, Pully, Vevey, Fribourg, Sion, and Neuchâtel. In the context of our business development, we wish to hire, for our headquarters in Geneva, a future Litigation & Legal Affairs Manager. Job description:- Ensure follow-up on litigation and legal files under the supervision of the service manager and based on the instructions of the owners and established guidelines.- Prepare and establish reminders, formal notices, as well as lease documents in case of default.- Draft and review various contractual documents, deeds, and agreements.- Ensure follow-up on payments with accounting services (PPE and management) and manage the necessary legal proceedings to protect our clients' interests.- Establish correspondence with owners and handle all requests and periodic reports for specific owners.- Execute and oversee the filing of litigation, requests for payment, legal mortgages, etc.- Represent at hearings before judicial bodies (in Geneva, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Vaud, and Valais).We offer:- A varied position within a family group and close collaboration with an autonomous team and different stakeholders from partner companies in a pleasant work environment.- 5 weeks of vacation, then 6 weeks after 5 years of service.- Flexible hours from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm; remote work possible at the end of the probation period.We require:- In-depth knowledge of lease law and experience in property management in Switzerland, in the area of litigation and/or a good command of tools.- High comfort in contacts, and a helpful and cheerful personality.- English proficiency, organized.Start: Immediately or as agreedActivity rate: 100%Thank you for sending us a complete file with diplomas and work references. jid3cc9b3faen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
