Job Description
Team/Role Overview

A fantastic opportunity to work in our Liquidity Management Services (LMS) team within Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to work in an evolving role touching several distinctive areas within the business including product performance measurement, deposit pricing, and Balance Sheet transformation.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and manage performance measurement for LMS product capability usage and product financial value.
  • Drive deposit pricing governance establishment and maintenance.
  • Partner with LMS Balance Sheet Management team in supporting and coordinating balance sheet optimization efforts across liquidity, client reporting, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Represent Services business across cross-functional or cross-LoB forums of Finance Transformation.
  • Act as key coordinator to drive the completion of Services deliverables across Consent Order Finance Transformation projects.
  • Work with Services Data team to address any data issues related to RWA & Liquidity.
What we will need from you:
  • Solid and demonstrable relevant work experience.
  • Deposit pricing and product management, Treasury and FP&A background / experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage and influence within a matrix organization.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; resilience; teamwork.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading multiple workstreams.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Self motivated, goal orientated, and with agility to pivot based on evolving requirements.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and proactive.
  • Very strong analytical and technical skills; excellent Excel skills required; proficient MS.
  • Access skills desirable.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
