Job Title: Liquid Cooling Project Execution Manager - EMEA

Location: UK/Europe

Job Description:

The Liquid Cooling Project Execution Manager coordinates project execution activities between our Front Office teams and Cooling business stakeholders to ensure on-time and problem-free installation and commissioning of our Liquid Cooling Offer. The Project Execution Manager reviews upcoming installations and ensures that the local teams are fully prepared to execute the project, including service personnel readiness, tools, spare parts, and support network. This project support continues throughout the execution of the project to address any roadblocks or missing activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project execution activities between Schneider (SE) Country Front Office teams and all relevant stakeholders (Motivair Service, L4 Support, external partners, etc.)
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for liquid cooling service execution for installation, start-up, customer experience (CX), and PM Statements of Work (SoW)
  • Support and advise on pre-execution activities (including site surveys and risk assessments), resource planning, tools, and systems required for execution
  • Support SE Country teams on writing the Provider Statement of Work (PSoW) for Installation and Commissioning (I&C) and ad-hoc scripts as needed (e.g., for L4 and L5 Commissioning)
  • Support SE Country teams in identifying spare parts to ensure optimal service execution
  • Provide execution support and guidance, both remotely and onsite as needed, including participation in customer calls to support local teams as needed
  • Collect Return of Experience (RoE) from completed projects and sharing insights with the FSR Community, L4, L3, Motivair service team, and the Service & Cooling LOB to enable fast and effective knowledge transfer
  • Track execution times (as-built) and provide feedback to the Service Offer Owner and Commercial team to improve future service offerings or enable quick tactical adjustments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or business-related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including collaboration with cross-functional and international teams
  • Data center commissioning experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, lead, and influence at all levels within Schneider Electric and with our customers
  • Must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams, and solving complex problems through innovative thought and experience
  • Strong professional and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to international locations
