About the opportunity

Our Line Chef teams support the production of high-quality food, a la carte style, using knowledge of current food and hospitality trends to drive sales while contributing to a fantastic customer experience.

Please note this is a fixed-term 3-month contract.

1. Proven track record in producing high-quality restaurant food - essential.
2. Excellent skills and product knowledge, as well as awareness of food trends.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous ways of working.
4. Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
