LIMS Specialist

We are looking for a LIMS Specialist to join innovative digital transformation projects in laboratory environments. This role sits at the intersection of technology, science, and data, offering the opportunity to work on impactful systems that support research, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
• Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements with laboratory and business teams
• Integrate LIMS with other systems (ERP, MES, ELN, data platforms, etc.)
• Provide technical and functional user support
• Manage laboratory data, workflows, and automation processes
• Support digitalization and laboratory transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards (e.g. GMP, GLP, ISO)

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience working with LIMS platforms (e.g. LabWare, STARLIMS, LabVantage, SampleManager, etc.)
• Background in IT, Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of:
• Databases (SQL)
• System integrations
• Laboratory processes and workflows
• Ability to bridge technical and scientific teams
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated environments (pharma, clinical, biotech, industrial labs)
• Participation in LIMS implementation or migration projects
• Knowledge of data engineering, analytics, or data platforms
