Lifecycle Growth Director (Remote)

KittySpout is seeking aRetention Leader to own the subscription and lifecycle programs across our brands, driving down churn, boosting lifetime value and revenue from email and SMS.

You'll lead a small, senior team, collaborate with the founder, and deploy Klaviyo and Loop to optimize flows, offers, and post-purchase experiences. This is a fully remote role outside the US with a strong emphasis on data-driven growth.
