Your key missions You will carry out your role within the HR department, collaborating with three other department heads, under the authority of the Head of the entity. In this framework, you are responsible for: - Planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of the HR partners' team and HR managers - Supporting and advising managers on specific issues or questions regarding labor law and internal provisions - Conducting necessary interviews with the support of managers and ensuring follow-up on implemented measures - Contributing to compliance with legal requirements, as well as HR procedures and processes of the institution - Ensuring continuity, quality, and compliance with deadlines for services or mediating on complex cases within the department, reporting to the hierarchical line - Participating in department meetings, their continuous improvement, and ensuring the well-being of the team Your profile - Bachelor's degree useful for a certified management qualification - Minimum 5 years of experience in leading HR teams - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills - Adaptability and flexibility - Sense of initiative and proactivity - Strong writing skills and that EVAM offers an engaged work environment - A telecommuting policy - 5 weeks of vacation (6 from age 50) - Very good social benefits - Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context The recruitment process includes the following steps: 1.
