The Role

With a strong reputation in the market and a growing project pipeline, they are now looking for an experienced Test Analyst with strong Life400 expertise to become a key part of their high-performing delivery team.

You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and senior stakeholders, playing a central role in delivering reliable, scalable, and customer-centric solutions across complex enterprise platforms.

For a Test Analyst coming from a Life Insurance or Pensions background, this role offers the chance to deepen your domain expertise while gaining exposure to major transformation initiatives within one of the most established financial services environments in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage test scripts, regression packs, and test materials
• Define requirements for test environments, tools, resources, and test data
• Execute and document complex test scenarios using agreed QA standards and methodologies
• Act as a key QA contact across releases and coordinate QA activities internally and externally
• Work closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience as a Test Analyst within Business Systems development environments
• Strong Life400 experience is essential
• Proven background within the Life Insurance and Pensions sector
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
