Life & Pensions Complaints & Error Specialist

Tata Consultancy Services UK&I is seeking a Complaints & Error Resolution Specialist to join our Letterkenny team onsite. You will investigate customer complaints and operational errors within a regulated Life & Pensions environment, applying strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
