You will join a developing team that achieved its initial success in 2021 and 2022, experienced significant growth in 2022/23, and continues to thrive within a globally recognized brand. Your role will involve collaborating with talented colleagues across an international organization to drive the success of our Licensing business, enhance product value for customers, and improve team efficiency and impact.
What you'll do- Be responsible for achieving financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with the Licensing team.
- Provide regular updates to the team lead and record them within the customer management system.
- Align and work with various stakeholders.
- Establish a sustainable routine for your responsibilities and tasks.
- Continuously measure and improve your performance to maximize success.
- Deliver a positive, insightful, and valuable service to customers.
- Engage with customers respectfully and knowledgeably.
- Experience in Licensing and Software.
- Confidence and experience in B2B interactions.
- Experience within a partner/reseller indirect sales organization.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Highly responsive and passionate communicator, both written and spoken.
- Skills in navigating virtual/matrix organizations.
- Creative and critical thinking abilities.
- An analytical mindset to identify key areas for effort and insights to share with clients.
- IT/Technical skills and knowledge.
- Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
