Please note: relocation support is not available for this role. Core Responsibilities Primary responsibility in this role is managing the execution of a high volume of licensing contracts. You will collaborate with many stakeholders internally, including commercial, marking, legal, finance and compliance functions, together with working directly with the IP partner to agree terms. Lead end-to-end deal execution, taking agreements from negotiation through to signed contracts Drive critical path management to ensure contracts are prioritised and finalised ahead of production start dates Deliver on our partner promise by leading relationships with key inbound licensing partners and ensuring a consistent, high-quality collaboration experience across all business touchpoints Build strong internal and external networks to enable seamless collaboration and best-in-class partnership outcomes Approach challenges with curiosity and creativity, engaging stakeholders and navigating complexity to unlock solutions that create shared value for both the LEGO brand and IP partners Do you have Relevant professional experience in licensing, with strong exposure to contract management and execution Demonstrated negotiation capability and confidence handling contractual detail Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage a varied workload, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Highly organised, structured and proactive in approach A creative, forward-thinking attitude with the confidence to challenge constructively Clear and impactful written and verbal communication skills Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels Analytical approach with a high level of accuracy and precisionApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
