Licensing & Customer Service Specialist

Rent Smart Wales, a Cardiff Council service, is recruiting several Customer Service Officers to join our Contact Centre. You will handle inbound calls and emails, delivering a high standard of customer service to a diverse range of service users from County Hall, Cardiff. The successful candidate will have call centre experience and strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills. Applications in Welsh and English are welcome.
