Located in the Vevey region, between town and countryside, the Cité du Genévrier hosts adults with disabilities due to an intellectual impairment. This multidisciplinary and multi-site structure provides residents with a particularly harmonious living and working environment, as well as a set of skills tailored to their needs. According to the Eben-Hézer, the Cité du Genévrier is the custodian of the moral testament of Sister Julie Hofmann. In this context, it considers the happiness of the welcomed individuals as central to its mission.MissionThe Les Jalons group supports 6 adult individuals with autism spectrum disorders, an intellectual disability, and other associated disorders such as epilepsy. The residents are aged between 45 and 65. The team's dedication, rigor, and the clarity of support routines assist the resident in their daily life. The interaction with the accompanied individuals and their humanity allows us to become advocates in their connection with the outside world. Team meetings, as a cornerstone of the group, allow us to question practices and confront visions in search of consensus. It also serves as a space to take a step back in the face of challenges. The experienced and self-demanding team is sincerely involved in daily support. The qualities and differences of each person are seen as strengths, and humor and solidarity are essential resources for the team's balance.To complete our team, we are looking for a social worker (M/F).Desired profile:- Hold a degree from a university of applied sciences (ES/HES) or a vocational diploma (CFC) as an assistant or a social worker (ASSC).- Experience or knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral issues, a desire and interest in interdisciplinary work.- Rigorous, always seeking challenges and questioning practices with a view to improvement.- Enjoy being challenged in day-to-day professional life.- Reflective, proactive, and motivated, with the ability to position oneself effectively.- A delicate touch in a conductor's glove, does that resonate with you?- Proficient in standard tools, possess a driving license, and be willing to work irregular hours, including during weekends.We offer you the opportunity to participate in a project and evolve in a work environment conducive to the fulfillment of the mission and your professional development.
