Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Supply Work with CER Education

CER Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Rotherham on a flexible supply basis. If you're passionate about helping children thrive and love the variety that supply work offers, we want to hear from you!


About the Role

As a Level 3 TA with CER Education, you will:



  • Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

  • Deliver targeted small-group or 1:1 interventions

  • Assist with behaviour management and positive classroom routines

  • Support pupils with additional needs where required

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff

  • Adapt quickly to new school environments and expectations

Required Qualifications & Experience

To apply for this role, you must have:



  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools or equivalent)

  • Experience supporting pupils in a UK school setting

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

  • A positive, flexible attitude and strong communication skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through CER)
