Are you a passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in a mainstream primary school?

The Role

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Work with individuals or small groups to support learning and development.
• Deliver targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics.
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupil engagement.
• Help create a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment.
• Support pupils with a range of additional needs where required.

What You'll Need

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Recent experience working within a UK primary school.
• A positive, flexible and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
