Level 3 SEN Support Assistant - EHCP Focus

This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting students with complex needs and EHCPs, helping them access education in a way that works for them. Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised support aligned with EHCP targets
• Support students with autism, communication needs, and SEMH
• Adapt activities and resources to suit different learning needs
• Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams

Requirements

• Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting SEN in an educational setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
