Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Watford

Are you a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in Watford? Protocol Education is working with welcoming and well-established nursery settings that are looking for caring, enthusiastic professionals to join their Early Years teams.

You'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive through play.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
  • Planning fun and engaging activities
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Observing and recording children's progress
  • Promoting children's wellbeing, confidence, and independence
What we're looking for:
  • A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous nursery or Early Years experience
  • A caring, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
