At protocol we're working with a welcoming nursery looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who brings energy, care, and a genuine passion for early years education.
What you're day will look like
From creating engaging activities to encouraging independence and confidence, you'll help shape those early experiences that really matter. Whether it's messy play, outdoor adventures, or quiet story time, you'll know how to make every moment count.
What we're looking for
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification
- A nurtuting, pateint and playful approach
- Experince of working with 0-5 year olds
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Someone who can build strong relationships with children, colleagues and parents
- Good written and verbal communication skills
