Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) - Chelmsford

Are you a passionate and nurturing Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We are currently seeking a Level 3 qualified practitioner to join welcoming and supportive early years settings in Chelmsford.

The Role:
  • Support the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
  • Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Support daily routines, including play, meals, and personal care
What We're Looking For:
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
