Job Description
Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - After-School / Wraparound Care

Location: Tottenham, N15

Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-6:00pm

Contract: Part-time, 15 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP

Enrich Education Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Tottenham, N15 seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join its after-school and wraparound care team.

You will be responsible for supporting a small group of Early Years children after the school day, providing a safe, positive and engaging environment where children can play, socialise and take part in age-appropriate activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for consistent part-time hours within a school environment.

The Role
  • Support a small group of Early Years children
  • Plan and lead engaging after-school activities
  • Encourage play, creativity and social interaction
  • Support children's personal, social and emotional development
  • Help with snacks and after-school routines
  • Maintain a safe and well-organised environment
  • Support positive behaviour and relationships
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers
  • Help children enjoy a positive end to their school day
About You

A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification is required for this role.

  • Has experience working with Early Years children
  • Is warm, engaging and confident with younger children
  • Can independently manage and engage a small group
  • Understands the EYFS and children's developmental needs
  • Can plan fun and age-appropriate activities
  • Is reliable and available Monday to Friday

Experience within a nursery, Reception class, primary school, after-school club or wraparound care setting would be particularly useful.
