Duties as Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

• Support children within the Early Years setting in line with the EYFS Framework
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements
• Foster children's personal, social, emotional, and educational development
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
• Work closely with teachers, colleagues, and parents to support individual needs
• Promote positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times

Ideal Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
• Knowledge of child development and early learning practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
