About the Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing during their early years.

Responsibilities may include:

• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Supporting children's learning through play and planned activities
• Promoting children's social, emotional and physical development
• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Supporting daily routines including meal times, outdoor play and personal care where required
• Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification
• Have previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Be caring, enthusiastic and committed to delivering high-quality childcare
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
• Be able to provide references covering recent childcare or early years experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
